Acted to broke an off-market sale to Warner Leisure Hotels from Firoka Ltd.  Includes stunning Grade II mansion, 440 acres of parkland, over 300 hotel suites and bedrooms and 18 hole championship golf course.

I was aware that Warner were aiming to expand their hotel collection and understood their requirement for Oxfordshire. From my previous dealings, I found them particularly straight forward and professional to deal with. I also knew that they had strong financial resources.

I also knew Firoz Kassam from when I acted in the sale of Heythrop Park to Firoka Ltd in 2000. Heythrop Park is an absolutely extraordinary property.

I knew a deal between both parties was possible. Mrs Sweeney now forgives me for flying back to London during our family summer holiday.
